Microsoft 365 receives our overall edge because it combines mature desktop applications, business email, cloud storage, meetings, collaboration and advanced security in one of the deepest productivity ecosystems available. Businesses that rely heavily on Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook will usually find it the safest all-around choice.
Google Workspace is arguably better for organizations that live in the browser. Its real-time collaboration remains exceptionally smooth, Gmail and Drive are easy for employees to understand, and Gemini has become increasingly integrated across the Workspace environment.
