Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit and for requesting corrections when published information materially changes.

05. Submission Requirements

By submitting business information, advertising, photographs, logos, descriptions, or other materials, the submitting party represents that:

• The information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of their knowledge
• They are authorized to submit information on behalf of the business
• They own or have permission to use submitted materials
• Submitted logos, photographs, descriptions, and promotional materials may lawfully be displayed
• The submission does not unlawfully infringe third-party intellectual-property rights
• The submission does not violate applicable law

06. No Endorsement or Guarantee

A listing, advertisement, referral, hyperlink, or appearance on RockinBoxTech.com does not by itself constitute:

• Endorsement
• Recommendation
• Certification
• Verification
• Approval
• Partnership
• Guarantee

Rockin Box Tech does not guarantee that a business listing or advertisement will generate customer leads, sales, revenue, Website traffic, search-engine placement, customer satisfaction, or business growth.

07. Prohibited Listings & Content

Rockin Box Tech may reject, restrict, suspend, or remove submissions containing or promoting:

Ownership of a business's original material remains with its respective owner.

By submitting material for publication, the submitting party grants Rockin Box Tech a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, publish, resize, format, and distribute the material as reasonably necessary to provide and promote the applicable listing or advertising service.

The submitting party remains responsible for intellectual-property claims arising from materials they supplied.

15. Corrections & Removal Requests

A business may contact Rockin Box Tech to request correction or removal of information concerning its listing.

Rockin Box Tech may request reasonable information necessary to confirm that the person requesting a material change or removal is authorized to act for the business involved.

Removal from RockinBoxTech.com does not necessarily remove copies previously indexed, cached, archived, or republished by independent third-party services.

16. No Guarantee of Continued Availability

Rockin Box Tech does not guarantee that a particular listing category, advertising service, referral feature, submission system, or promotional opportunity will remain available indefinitely.

Website features may be modified, reorganized, suspended, or discontinued as the Website develops.

17. Privacy & Submitted Information

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED IN THE MANNER DESCRIBED ABOVE, ANY LIMITATION WILL APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a business or person submitting material agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rockin Box Tech, its owner, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from the submitter's unlawful materials, infringement of third-party rights, violation of applicable law, or violation of this Policy.

20. Relationship to Other Policies
